Free shipping on all orders delivered to EU countries, except islands. Orders are shipped via:

In cases where shipping costs could not be detailed for not being subsidized transport services, order confirmation will be subject to accept a personalized shipping budget that we send you later. These cases will be duly noted on order confirmation.
We do not process orders to PO boxes.
Date of delivery:
Our current quality commitment contemplates that all the orders confirmed on the day, must be sent before the following 15 working days. We consider a confirmed order those whose payment method is Credit or Debit Card, or in the case of payments by bank transfer, those that had been checked. In the event of a tear on stock is produced for any reason, our customer service department will communicate you any delay, and the opportunity to cancell or change the order will be given.
Once the order is sent to the customer, the real time of the delivery will be adhered to the packing service fixed conditions, and depending on the destination, it will be between 4 and 10 days.
Claims for orders not delivered:
Once the buyer has been informed by email that his order has been sent and if he doesn´t receive the product within the delivery time previously arranged, the customer may contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inquire about the reason of the delay.
According to the current legislation, you might return
your order if you are not satisfied on the 14 working days following the reception date.
In order to make a refund, the product must be kept in perfect conditions, in the original package which must include the manuals, accessories or
promoting gifts included in each case. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, and after prior checking, we will refund the amount according
to the form of payment used by the client.
For any claim, it will be necessary to provide the invoice.
